Zeta Crown adds 137 homes to Málaga's Distrito Zeta

AEDAS Homes has launched Zeta Crown, its fourth development in Distrito Zeta, Málaga. The project comprises 137 one, two and three-bedroom homes and completes one side of the new district's main boulevard.

Homes will include parking and storage. Shared facilities are planned to include saltwater pools for adults and children, a sun terrace, gardens, a play area, gym, coworking room and bicycle parking.

The scheme specifies aerothermal systems, photovoltaic panels and an A energy rating. Together with Zeta Valley, Zeta Avenue and Zeta Place, Zeta Crown takes AEDAS Homes beyond 400 homes under development in Distrito Zeta.
