Pryconsa launches sales of 98 homes at Villanueva de la Torre Plaza III
The third phase of the Guadalajara-area development offers two- and three-bedroom homes with shared leisure facilities.
Pryconsa has opened sales for Villanueva de la Torre Plaza III, a new phase comprising 98 homes in Villanueva de la Torre, Guadalajara province. Group company Prygesa is marketing the two- and three-bedroom properties.
The gated development is planned with a swimming pool, padel court, landscaped areas, children’s playground and concierge service. Homes come with parking and storage, while the specifications include centralised aerothermal systems and underfloor heating and cooling. The developer reports an A energy rating.
The launch is part of a wider residential scheme expected to reach around 600 homes in the Henares Corridor. According to the company, the first two phases each comprised 77 homes.
