Neinor Homes begins work on 157-home Vera development in Valencia
The Nou Benicalap project will include over 3,000 m² of shared facilities, with initial handovers planned for late 2028.
Neinor Homes has started construction on Vera, listed as Vera I on Valis, in Valencia’s Nou Benicalap district. The scheme will comprise 157 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, marketed under the AEDAS Homes brand. Dragados is the appointed contractor.
More than 3,000 m² of communal amenities are planned, including an outdoor pool, gym, multipurpose room, gardens and cycle parking. The design also incorporates energy-saving measures such as aerothermal systems.
When construction began, the developer reported that over 35% of the homes had already been sold. First handovers are scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028.
