Metrovacesa breaks ground on 100-home Residencial Caleida in A Coruña
The 100-home building, with a ground floor and fifteen upper floors, will rise in San Pedro de Visma beside a major urban park.

Metrovacesa has started building Residencial Caleida, a 100-home development in San Pedro de Visma, an expanding area of A Coruña. The company reports a €28.3 million investment and has awarded the construction contract to San José.
The building will offer one- to four-bedroom homes, all with terraces, parking and storage. Shared amenities will include a swimming pool, sun terrace, gardens and community room, alongside energy-efficiency measures.
The scheme is planned next to an urban park covering more than 50,000 m². San Pedro de Visma is one of A Coruña’s major residential growth areas, with several thousand homes envisaged across its wider development.
