Metrovacesa launches Residencial Almanzor in Palmas Altas
The new Isla Natura development adds 46 homes with planned investment of 16.1 million euros.

Metrovacesa has launched Residencial Almanzor in Isla Natura, the Palmas Altas urban development in southern Seville. The scheme represents planned investment of 16.1 million euros and will provide 46 two and three-bedroom homes.
The five-storey building will offer large terraces, an east-facing orientation and finish options through the Elige tu Look programme. Shared facilities will include a pool, landscaped gardens and a children's area, together with parking and storage.
The project targets an A energy rating and will carry Metrovacesa's DOMUM sustainability label. Isla Natura covers more than 67 hectares and plans parks, cycle lanes, over 4,200 trees and new community facilities.
