Exxacon starts building 60 homes at Olivara Living near Málaga
Construction is under way on both phases in Alhaurín de la Torre, with 40% of the homes already sold.
Exxacon has started construction on Olivara Living, a 60-home development in Alhaurín de la Torre, Málaga province. Work began on both phases at the same time, with the developer planning an investment of €20.5 million.
At the time of the announcement, 24 properties had been sold, representing 40% of the development. The mix includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, penthouses and ground-floor homes with gardens, plus parking and storage.
Communal facilities will include separate adult and children’s pools and a gym within the private complex. Exxacon expects the first handovers in the fourth quarter of 2029.
