Hercesa and Borma have launched sales of the first 320 homes at Nueva Valdeluz in Yebes, Guadalajara province. The initial offering consists of three separate developments with apartments and houses ranging from two to four bedrooms. Advertised starting prices were €240,000 plus VAT at launch.

The release coincides with the opening of a dedicated sales office. Buyers can review different property formats and the finishes available through Hercesa’s Hogariza personalisation programme.

The 320 homes form the first sales tranche of a much larger master-planned scheme. Nueva Valdeluz is expected to comprise approximately 3,300 homes overall, with a planned investment of €825 million. The larger figure is the long-term plan, not the number of homes currently on sale.
