Neinor Homes has launched sales for Nevia, a 96-apartment scheme in La Alquería, within Granada’s Ferrocarril Oestes area. Marketed under the AEDAS Homes brand, it offers two-, three- and four-bedroom properties, all with terraces. Prices were advertised from €262,000 at launch.

Shared facilities are set to include a swimming pool, gym, coworking space, children’s area and gardens. The homes will be located beside La Alquería park, which covers more than 110,000 m².

The launch takes Neinor Homes past 1,000 homes developed or initiated over time in Granada. Other projects by the group in the same district include Nura and Talabar II.
