Grupo Insur has launched Insur Alberia, a 53-home residential development in Seville’s Nervión district, at the junction of Calle Juglar and Calle José María Moreno Galván. It will offer one- to three-bedroom apartments, with flexible layouts allowing other configurations.

Plans include a rooftop swimming pool and relaxation area, a landscaped courtyard and 101 parking spaces. The developer puts total investment at €27 million.

This is a sales launch, not a construction start. Building work is currently scheduled for the second four-month period of 2027, making this an opportunity to follow the project before it enters the construction phase.
