INBISA launches the first phase of Jardines de Aranzana
The first stage brings 87 homes to Arroyo de la Encomienda within a planned 198-home development.
INBISA has started marketing Jardines de Aranzana in Arroyo de la Encomienda, Valladolid. The first phase includes 87 one to four-bedroom homes, while the complete development is planned to provide 198 homes with investment exceeding 42 million euros.
The project combines ground-floor homes with gardens, penthouses with large terraces and dual-aspect apartments. Natural light, ventilation and a close relationship with the communal areas are central to the design, with more than 5,000 square metres allocated to shared spaces.
The development will include adult and children's pools, gardens, a gym, a play area, a residents' room, storage and more than 230 parking spaces. INBISA expects an A energy rating and highlights access to Valladolid via the A-62 and VA-30.
