GS starts marketing Punta Vicaño in Sanxenxo
The 21-home development near Silgar has entered the market with one to three-bedroom layouts.
Grupo GS has started marketing GS Punta Vicaño in Sanxenxo. Located close to Silgar beach, the building comprises 21 one, two and three-bedroom homes aimed mainly at second-home buyers and investors.
The sales presentation took place at the Real Club Náutico de Sanxenxo. Information published at the launch placed initial prices from around 400,000 euros to two million euros for a penthouse with a private pool.
The developer said launch prices could be up to 25% below those expected once construction is under way. Work was expected to begin in the final quarter of 2026.
