Alibuilding breaks ground on 138 homes at Benidorm Hills
The Finestrat development will comprise nine buildings with three swimming pools, a gym and landscaped shared areas.
Alibuilding has started construction at Benidorm Hills, a 138-home development in Balcón de Finestrat, Alicante province. The scheme occupies a 27,396 m² site and will be arranged across nine buildings. Contractor Novaligepro is carrying out the works.
The project includes two- and three-bedroom properties. Ground-floor homes will have private gardens, while penthouses will feature roof solariums, offering different ways to enjoy the outdoor space.
Planned communal amenities include three swimming pools, a gym, landscaped grounds and sports and leisure areas. The construction start moves the project into its building phase near Benidorm.
