Asentis starts construction on 115 homes at Azuqueca Class II
The Guadalajara project is one of three developments launched together, with 204 homes across the portfolio.
Asentis has begun building Azuqueca Class II in Azuqueca de Henares, Guadalajara province. The project comprises 115 three- and four-bedroom homes, with a shared swimming pool and landscaped areas.
Construction has started alongside two other Asentis schemes: Torrejón Class II, with 45 apartments, and Ciempozuelos Horizon, with 44 houses. Together the three projects account for 204 homes and an investment exceeding €55 million; that figure covers all three developments, not Azuqueca alone.
Asentis expects the projects to be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2028. Azuqueca Class II is the company’s second residential scheme in the municipality.
