Metrovacesa starts work on 72 homes at Atria F2 in La Alcaidesa
The second phase of the Cádiz coastal scheme has a reported investment of €28.3 million.
Metrovacesa has begun construction of Atria F2 in La Alcaidesa, Cádiz province. The second phase adds 72 two- and three-bedroom homes, each with a terrace, parking and storage. The developer reports a €28.3 million investment in F2.
Planned shared facilities include adult and children’s pools, a spa, gym, coworking area, gardens and playgrounds. The location combines access to the coast with La Alcaidesa’s golf setting.
Work on the earlier Atria F1 phase began in November 2025. Both phases have 72 homes each, giving a combined total of 144. The 144-home figure should not be presented as the number of homes in F2 alone.
